The Brief
Managing their existing IT setup was becoming increasingly complex and less efficient for White Fox & Jones. With more employees working remotely the client needed to ensure their staff’s secure access to systems across various devices and locations.
The Solution
Cloudland guided a significant digital transformation by implementing the Microsoft Modern Workplace, moving the firm to a secure, cloud-first environment. The programme included migration to Exchange Online, deployment of Intune for mobile device management, cloud migration of the OneLaw system, an upgrade to Philips SpeechLive for dictation, and the adoption of Windows 11, SharePoint, Teams, and uniFLOW Online for cloud printing.
Microsoft 365 Business Premium was selected as the core platform, with the transition led internally by the practice manager and supported by external collaboration where required.
The result was streamlined IT management, stronger security, improved workplace flexibility, and seamless collaboration, enabling staff to work securely from anywhere and positioning the firm as a digitally mature legal practice in New Zealand.
“The guidance and support we received from Cloudland were crucial in our seamless transition to the Microsoft Modern Workplace. Our team now enjoys effortless collaboration, and we enjoy a stronger security position.”
