Cloudland was founded with a simple belief: technology should uplift people, not overwhelm them.

We saw too many organisations weighed down by complexity, unreliable systems, and IT that demanded attention instead of quietly doing its job. From the beginning, our focus has been on removing friction - simplifying technology so our customers can focus on their work, their people, and their communities.
How we started

Cloudland began in 2012 as a New Zealand‑owned cloud services provider, focused on delivering reliable, enterprise‑grade technology to organisations that didn’t have the luxury of large internal IT teams.


What started as a platform‑led business has grown steadily into a nationwide managed services provider, supporting organisations across primary health, professional services, not‑for‑profits, and other regulated environments.


As our customers’ needs evolved, so did we: expanding our capability, growing our team, and deepening our expertise where trust, security, and reliability matter most.

How we’ve grown

Over time, Cloudland has grown through deliberate investment and partnership, bringing together great people, specialist capability, and shared values.


Today, we’re a national organisation with a strong regional presence – combining scale with a service‑led culture that remains personal, responsive, and grounded.

 

While our footprint has expanded, our focus has stayed the same: doing the basics exceptionally well, and being a technology partner our customers can rely on.

Why we exist

We work with organisations that carry responsibility for real people and real outcomes – clinicians, professionals, advisors, and community teams who depend on their systems working when it matters most.

 

Our role is to take technology worry off the table, providing stable, secure foundations that allow our customers to operate with confidence.
